The people of Aztecs was highly based on religion. There were Gods of natural forces were they were to give sacrifices such as humans and human's heart. It was thought to believe that human blood was precious water. Religion spread militarism where that when people died in fighting it was highly ritualized. The economy of the Aztecs was highly agricultural based were people would work in lakes for crops. The creation of the chinamples was a frame built into the lake to promote crop growth. The Aztecs were first divided into head people and commoners. However as power expanded, the nobility and intermediate class came where they consist of healers, artisans, scribes, and traders. There was a special class of merchants where they long distance trade for luxury goods. People of the Aztecs create the calender off their agricultural work and the art and poetry would be inspired from their religion.



During the time of the Incas, people were self-sufficient thus there was no trade. The trade social class did not came up till the last region of the Inca empire. Religion was similar to the Aztecs with several shrines built to honor them. However the people did consider that naturals areas such as mountains, rivers were to be consider as holy shrines. The area of the Incas spread all along the coast of the Andes through conquest and rebellion. Armies were constantly made to fight for more land. In the Incas they were highly accomplishment would be creating a system of roads and bridges. The roads would have rest stops made for travelers. The areas was at the most advances for metalworking.
